NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Occasionally, we engage with prominent clients who may require confidentiality. If needed, we can arrange for a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) through our legal partner, Baker McKenzie. Please inform us upon booking if this is necessary.
OUR APPROACH
We believe in seamlessly blending into your wedding day to capture it as authentically as possible. Our aim is to accompany you throughout your journey, from the anticipation-filled moments of preparation to the jubilant reception. We strive to document all the spontaneous and genuine moments as they unfold, preserving the raw emotions and memories for you to treasure.
During your bridal portraits, we look for beautiful light and give you small directions to help create some truly romantic images. We capture what makes your love unique, and document your memories in a way that is both modern and timeless.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We edit each gallery and film in our signature editing style. While we strive to deliver between 4-6 weeks, we take our time to ensure perfection.
PHOTO + VIDEO RETOUCHING
Our philosophy on retouching is rooted in capturing the genuine essence of your wedding day without any alterations. We aim to authentically portray who you are in the present moment, encouraging you to embrace and appreciate yourself just as you are.
While we don't provide retouching, we strongly recommend investing in professional hair and makeup teams to enhance your natural beauty and ensure you look and feel your best on your special day.
MUSIC OPTIONS
Please read our music policy before booking. You can find all the T+Cs here. In short, we work together to choose the right track to tell your story. All of our films include fully licensed music, so, unfortunately, this means we can not legally license your favourite song from the radio due to copyright laws.
WEDDING FILM VOICEOVERS
Voiceovers, also known as 'Intertwinement,' aren't something we typically offer as standard as we prefer not to rely on a narrative to tell the day's story. For us, it's all about capturing the moments and the enchantment of weaving them together. However, if this is something you would like to explore, please let us know, and we will send you a quote. Please note this option is only available with our longer format feature film in Collection Three.
WEDDING DAY COVERAGE
For weddings with all events conveniently located on-site or in close proximity, 8-9 hours of coverage typically captures the entire day, from preparations to the dance floor. If travel between locations is necessary, additional hours may be needed.
We're flexible and will work with you to determine the ideal coverage, ensuring all significant moments are documented.
Coverage starts with preparations and includes any travel between locations. Opting for preparation locations close to each other and the main wedding venue(s) facilitates seamless transitions and maximises photo/video time.

PREVIEW GALLERY
All our couples receive a preview photo gallery containing 20 images to share with loved ones within 48 hours of their wedding.
DRONES
We often use drone footage to complement our films; however, flights happen before the wedding. Our ability to fly completely depends on the local CASA regulations, and weather conditions play a big part in our ability to fly safely. As such, we can not guarantee a drone flight.
WEDDING DAY SCHEDULE
One of the most common questions we receive revolves around the flow of your wedding day, particularly concerning the photo/video timeline. Crafting a meticulously detailed timeline is essential for ensuring seamless execution and capturing every cherished moment.
Exclusively available to our couples is a comprehensive Playbook designed to guide you through planning your wedding day photo/video timeline. Drawing from our decade of experience documenting weddings, this Playbook has been called "the bible" by some of our couples.
Once your booking has been finalised, you will be granted access to this invaluable wedding planning tool.
FINE ART WEDDING ALBUMS
Beautifully crafted 9x12 inch fine art album, hardcover book (80 pages / 40 spreads), on archival quality paper and inks featuring your choice of book cloth, velvet or leather, debossing with foil with seamless images spanning across a full spread. Read more here.
TRAVEL
We are based in Sydney, so travel is included in your booking if your wedding is within a 50km radius of Sydney CBD (all locations on the wedding day must be within this radius).
We will travel just about anywhere to document your special day. Be sure to explore all travel expenses as outlined in our pricing guide.
SECURING YOUR DATE
Due to the high volume of enquiries, we are unable to hold dates without confirmation.
Please note that your booking is finalised once we receive a signed contract and your non-refundable retainer. We strongly advise booking as early as possible to secure our availability for your wedding day.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To confirm your wedding date with Wildwood, we require a non-refundable retainer of $1800, due within 48 hours of receiving your booking invoice and client contract.
The remaining balance must be paid in full until one month before your wedding date.
