NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

We occasionally work with high-profile clients who require confidentiality. If needed, a Non-Disclosure Agreement can be arranged through our legal partner, Baker McKenzie. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required.

OUR APPROACH

We take a considered, unobtrusive approach to documenting your wedding day, allowing moments to unfold naturally while quietly shaping each frame with intention.

From the anticipation of preparation through to the energy of the evening, we focus on capturing what feels honest, refined, and enduring.

During portraits, we work with light and gentle direction to create imagery that feels both romantic and effortless, balancing a modern perspective with a timeless sensibility.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Each gallery and film is carefully edited in our signature style. Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks, allowing us the time to refine every detail.

PHOTO + VIDEO RETOUCHING

Our approach to retouching is minimal and considered. We aim to preserve the integrity of the day, capturing you as you are without heavy alteration.

We recommend investing in experienced hair and makeup artists to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

MUSIC OPTIONS

All films are crafted using fully licensed music selected to complement the tone of your day.

Due to copyright restrictions, commercially released songs cannot be used. We work closely with you to select a track that feels aligned with your story.

WEDDING FILM VOICEOVERS

We generally avoid voiceovers, preferring to let the day speak for itself through imagery, sound, and atmosphere.

However, this can be explored upon request and is available as an addition to our longer format feature films.

WEDDING DAY COVERAGE

For weddings where locations are close together, 8–9 hours of coverage is typically sufficient to capture the day in full, from preparations through to the dance floor.

If additional travel between locations is involved, extended coverage may be recommended. We will guide you in selecting the most appropriate timing for your day.
